Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OxyLiving Inc. (“OxyLiving,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you visit our website or communicate with us. It also describes the choices and rights you may have. This policy is intended for visitors and customers in the United States.

Who we are and what this policy covers

OxyLiving Inc. is located at 1855 Griffin Rd Unit B216, Dania Beach, FL 33004, USA. We offer premium hard-shell oxygen chambers that are made to order and manufactured by our manufacturing affiliate in Türkiye, part of the Oxyliving group. We sell to homeowners and to businesses such as wellness centers, spas, clinics and sports teams, both directly and through distributors.

This policy applies to personal information we process through our website at https://oxy.living, including the Spanish-language version at https://oxy.living/es/, and through related communications, such as emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, demo bookings and our newsletter. Our website does not sell products online, does not take payments and does not offer user accounts.

This policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that we link to or that you use independently. Their own privacy policies apply.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us, information collected automatically when you use our website, and information we receive from third parties.

Information you give us

  • Contact form: name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
  • Request a Quote form: full name, business email address, phone number, country, the product you are interested in, primary use, purchase timeline and message. Our Spanish-language form also asks how you would prefer us to reply.
  • Become a Distributor form: name, email address, phone number, country, role and message.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address and your consent to receive our newsletter.
  • Direct communications: information you share when you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, such as your contact details, details about your business and the content of your messages.

When you submit a form, your information is sent to our website’s own server, which forwards it by email to our company mailbox. The server also keeps a backup copy of each submission in a location that is not publicly accessible.

Our forms do not ask for health or medical information. Please do not include health or medical information in your messages. If you choose to include it, we use it only to respond to you.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and connection information: like most websites, our servers and our hosting, content delivery and security providers receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the page you requested, the page that referred you and the date and time of your visit.
  • Usage information: when Google Analytics is loaded (see Cookies, analytics and similar technologies), it collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the links you click, the website that referred you, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser information. When a form is submitted successfully, we record a “generate_lead” event in Google Analytics to count submissions. The contents of the form are not sent to Google Analytics.
  • Spam protection: to protect our forms from spam and abuse, we use a hidden field that people cannot see but automated programs often fill in, we check how quickly a form is completed, and we limit the number of submissions from a single IP address. For this rate limiting, we process your IP address temporarily. We may also use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which collects technical information from your browser and device to tell people apart from automated programs.

Information from third parties

  • Cal.com: our Book a Demo page uses a scheduling widget provided by Cal.com, Inc. When you book a demo, Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes, and makes them available to us so that we can hold the demo.
  • Service providers: our analytics and security providers give us reports and information about how our website is used and protected.

How we use information

We use personal information for the following business purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and requests by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • To prepare quotes and provide information about our products, options, delivery and installation.
  • To schedule and hold product demos.
  • To review distributor applications and manage our relationships with distributors and other business partners.
  • To send our newsletter if you have signed up, and to process unsubscribe requests.
  • To manage our relationship with you if you become a customer, including order coordination, manufacturing, delivery, installation, warranty and after-sales support.
  • To operate, maintain and secure our website, including preventing spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To understand how visitors use our website and to improve its content and performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
  • For other purposes that we describe to you when we collect the information, or with your consent.

We do not use personal information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

How we disclose information

We disclose personal information only as described in this policy:

  • Service providers: companies that process information on our behalf, such as hosting, content delivery and security providers (for example, Cloudflare), email and mailbox providers, our analytics provider (Google) and our scheduling provider (Cal.com). These providers process the information to provide their services to us.
  • Our affiliates: companies in the Oxyliving group, including our manufacturing affiliate in Türkiye, which builds our chambers. We share information with them as needed to prepare quotes and technical proposals, manufacture and deliver orders, and provide installation and support.
  • Distributors: if you request a quote or information and an authorized Oxyliving distributor serves your region, we may, at your request or with your permission, pass your contact details and inquiry to that distributor so that it can respond to you.
  • Legal and compliance: courts, government authorities, law enforcement and other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of OxyLiving, our customers or others. We may also share information with professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and auditors.
  • Business transfers: a buyer, successor or other party, and their advisers, in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
  • With your consent or at your direction: other parties when you ask us to or agree that we may.

Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as scripts and tags, work in comparable ways. We use them to run, secure and measure our website. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels (such as those from Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok), and we do not use remarketing.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_<ID> to distinguish visitors and sessions. We have turned off Google Signals and the advertising features of Google Analytics. Google describes its practices in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

You can stop Google Analytics from collecting information about your visits by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by turning on Global Privacy Control as described below.

Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting or extension that tells websites you do not want your personal information sold or shared. If your browser sends a GPC signal, our website does not load Google Analytics at all. We also treat the signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser. Because we do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, no other change is needed. You can learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals, our website does not change its behavior when it receives one. We do honor GPC signals as described above.

Security cookies and bot checks

Our hosting, content delivery and security providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to keep our website secure, for example to detect bots and block malicious traffic. If we use Cloudflare Turnstile on our forms, it collects technical information from your browser and device for the same purpose. We do not use these technologies for advertising.

Embedded content and fonts

  • Google Maps: our Contact page shows an embedded Google map. When the map loads, Google receives information such as your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • YouTube: some pages show YouTube video thumbnails, which your browser loads from YouTube’s servers (i.ytimg.com). This sends Google technical information such as your IP address. If you select a video and watch it on YouTube, YouTube’s terms and Google’s Privacy Policy apply.
  • Cal.com: our Book a Demo page loads Cal.com’s scheduling widget, which may use cookies or similar technologies to operate. Cal.com describes its practices in its privacy policy.
  • Fonts: we host our website fonts on our own servers, so loading our pages does not send requests to Google Fonts or other font services.

No sale, sharing or targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (also called targeted advertising). We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Email communications

We send our newsletter only to people who sign up and check the consent box. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@oxy.living. We process unsubscribe requests promptly and within the time required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Our emails may use common technologies, such as tracked links or a small image, that tell us whether a message was opened or a link was clicked.

Even after you unsubscribe, we may still send you non-marketing messages, such as replies to your inquiries, quotes, demo confirmations and messages about an order or our business relationship.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. To decide how long to keep it, we consider:

  • how long we need it to respond to your inquiry, quote request, demo booking or distributor application;
  • whether you have an ongoing business relationship with us, for example as a customer or distributor;
  • whether you are still subscribed to our newsletter; and
  • our legal, tax, accounting and warranty obligations, and the need to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or de-identify it, including the backup copies of form submissions on our web server. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings we choose in Google Analytics. If we keep information in de-identified form, we will not attempt to re-identify it, except as permitted by law.

California privacy rights

This section applies to California residents and supplements the rest of this policy. It describes our practices and the rights California residents may have under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”).

  • Directly from you, for example through our forms, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp.
  • Automatically from your browser or device when you use our website, including through cookies and Google Analytics.
  • From third parties, such as Cal.com when you book a demo, and our hosting, content delivery and security providers.

Retention

We keep each category of personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, using the criteria described in How long we keep information.

Your California rights

Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

  • Know and access: request the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our business purposes, the categories of recipients, and a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete: ask us to delete personal information we have collected from you.
  • Correct: ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We still honor GPC signals as described above.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information: this right does not apply, because we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger it.
  • Non-discrimination: exercise these rights without receiving discriminatory treatment, as described below.

How to submit a request

You can submit a request by:

Please tell us which right you want to exercise and how we can reach you. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we may extend this period by up to an additional 45 calendar days, and we will tell you why.

Verifying your request

To protect your information, we need to verify that a request comes from you. Because our website does not offer accounts, we verify requests by matching the information you give us, such as your name, email address or phone number, with information we already hold, and we may contact you at the email address or phone number we have on file. We may ask for more information for requests that involve specific pieces of personal information or more sensitive information. We use the information you provide for verification only to verify your request. If we cannot verify your identity, we will tell you why.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent to provide written permission signed by you, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly with us or to confirm that you gave the agent permission. These steps do not apply if the agent holds a valid power of attorney under California Probate Code sections 4121 to 4130.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. For example, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or provide a different level or quality of service because you made a request.

“Shine the Light” law

California Civil Code section 1798.83 allows California residents to ask whether a business has disclosed their personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Privacy rights in other US states

Several US states, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon, among others, have comprehensive consumer privacy laws. Depending on your state and whether its law applies to us, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and access it;
  • correct inaccuracies in your personal information;
  • delete personal information you provided or that we obtained about you;
  • obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable and, where technically feasible, readily usable format;
  • obtain a list of the categories of third parties, or in some states the specific third parties, to which we have disclosed personal information; and
  • opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not engage in targeted advertising, sell personal information or carry out that kind of profiling, so there is nothing to opt out of. You may still contact us with any question or request.

To exercise your rights, email info@oxy.living with the subject line “Privacy Request” or call us at +1 (416) 720-8262. We will verify your request in the way described under California privacy rights and respond within the period required by your state’s law. Where your state’s law allows, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request for you.

How to appeal

If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing info@oxy.living with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal” within a reasonable time after you receive our decision. Please describe your original request and explain why you believe we should reconsider. We will respond to your appeal in writing within the period required by law and explain the reasons for our decision. If we deny your appeal, you may contact your state’s Attorney General.

Consumer health data

Some state laws, such as the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada Senate Bill 370, protect “consumer health data.” We do not seek to collect consumer health data, and our forms do not ask for it. If you choose to send us health information, for example in a form message or an email, we use it only to respond to you, we share it only as needed to respond to you, and we do not sell it.

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold such information, to provide a list of the third parties and affiliates with which we have shared it, or to delete it. Use the same request channels described in Privacy rights in other US states; the same appeal process applies.

Nevada residents

Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A) allows Nevada residents to direct a website operator not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. If you are a Nevada resident and would still like to submit a request, email info@oxy.living.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, appropriate to its nature. For example, our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), our forms are protected against spam and automated abuse, and backup copies of form submissions are stored outside the public part of our web server. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International processing

We are based in the United States, and our products are manufactured by our affiliate in Türkiye. Personal information may be processed in the United States, Türkiye and other countries where our affiliates and service providers operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. When we transfer personal information, we take steps designed to protect it as described in this policy.

Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has given us personal information, please contact us at info@oxy.living and we will take steps to delete it.

Our website contains links to other websites and services, such as our LinkedIn and Instagram profiles, YouTube and Google Maps. Our LinkedIn and Instagram links are plain links: we do not embed social media plugins or tracking from those platforms on our website. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to how it handles your messages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites and services, so please review their privacy policies when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you as required by law, for example by posting a notice on our website.
