At Oxyliving, we build high-pressure oxygen chambers entirely under one roof. As part of Tesan Global Engineering in Kocaeli, Türkiye, we bring engineering, metal fabrication and oxygen technology together in a single facility — so every chamber that carries our name is shaped, welded, assembled and tested by our own people.

Design
Every chamber begins with in-house engineering and CAD design.
Cut
Marine-grade 5083 aluminum is precision-cut to shape.
Weld
Our welders build and seal each shell by hand.
Assemble
Cabin, door, displays and interior come together.
Oxygen system
On-site oxygen generation is fitted and tuned to ~93%.
Test
Each chamber is pressure-tested and sensor-checked.
Ship
